“Victory to the beloved of Siva, Victory to Mother Lalitha, Victory to the Goddess of Victory Who leads to excess of victory in wars.
Salutations to Her who is the cause of fulfilment of those born and that of women And to the Divine One who looks after all the three worlds”

Lalita Navaratri ~ 2024

April 9th to 17th, 2024

With the blessings of Guruji Sri Annapurnamba Sahita Sri Amritananda Natha Saraswati

Lalita Navaratri is being celebrated at Devipuram from April 9th to 17th,  2024 (Padyami to Navami)- 9 days.

The focus of the worship being Sri Lalita Maha Tripura Sundari, we will commence each day with the most sacred Sri Navavarana Puja at both Sri Kamakhya Guru Peetham as well as Sri Sahasrakshi Devi (Sri Yantra Maha Meru). Each day a different Ashtottara Shata Namavali will be recited for Her.
All disciples and devotees of Guruji Sri Amritananda Natha Saraswati are warmly welcome to come to Devipuram and deepen their Sadhana or offer your Japa and Parayana and other Sevas from wherever you are.

Chaitra Padyami to Navami is to be celebrated as Lalitambika Navaratri!

The Divine Goddess has been described in Her myriad forms in many sacred and holy Puranas – Devi Bhagavatam, Brahmanda Purana, Tripura Rahasya and Durga Saptashati.
The Brahmanda Purana which is written as the dialogue between Hayagriva and Agastya Muni, contains the Lalitopakhyana (Story of Lalita). The centre-piece of the Lalitapokhyana is the Sri Lalita Sahasranama Stotram. Hayagriva initiated Agastya into this most revered Stotram (1000 names of the Divine Mother), this most sacred hymn that contains the essence of this whole cosmos!

The Lalitha Sahasranama says that one can worship Goddess Lalita only if She wishes us to do so. And we all have come to Her, through the infinite grace of our Guru, Sri Amritananda Natha Saraswati. As the disciples of our Loving Guru Sri Amritananda who took us all into Her Divine Embrace and initiated us into the most secret teachings with abundant love, what higher fortune can we have than to adore Her during this Navaratri?
