Homam
Homam is a fire ritual and a direct way to communicate with the Gods. Agni, the fire deity, is the messenger that receives the prayers of the spiritual aspirantsand conveys them to the propitiated deity. Materials are offered into fire along with the chanting of Mantras.
Another word for fire in Sanskrit is “Paavaka”, which means “the one that purifies”. Therefore this ritual is very conducive to cleanse oneself of internal impurities, burning karmas and induce the purification of the nadis allowing energy to flow freely. Homa is said to be the quickest way to attain the grace.

Devipuram, Guruji and the Mission
Devipuram is located in Andhra Pradesh, India and houses the world's largest Sri Chakra with life-size Khadgamala deities, and the unique Kamakhya Peetham.
The Principal Mission and Vision of Sri Vidya Trust, Devipuram is to make the profound knowledge of Sri Vidya accessible to all.
Guruji Sri Amritananda Natha Saraswati, a nuclear scientist was ordained by a divine injunction from Goddess Bala Tripurasundari to build a temple in the form of a Sri Chakra.
This was envisioned as a Learning Temple, where everybody irrespective of their caste, creed or gender can learn to worship the Divine Mother.
Sri Kamakhya Devi, the Mother Goddess in the form of the Yoni similar to that of the Kamakhya Peetham in Assam, self-manifested heself here in Devipuram. It is here at the Kamakhya Peetham that She gave Darshan to Guruji in 1983 and initiated him into many ancient rituals.
The sacred Kalavahana empowerment ritual is offered to individuals and couples here. Through this ritual, the chakras in the body are activated and the receiver has the unique experience of being worshipped as Goddess herself.
Guruji's teachings- balancing science and spirituality, appeal to the contemporary inquiring mind.
Guruji and Amma have toiled tirelessly to share these ancient teachings with the common man.
